Group conversation only
Every message lives in an approved group channel. Cove has no private adult-to-minor messaging anywhere in the product.
A product of Haven OS
Cove gives students a familiar place to talk with their group, gives youth leaders a clear way to communicate, and gives parents honest visibility — all in supervised group channels that are archived for review.
Accounts, roles, guardians, and safeguarding records are managed in Haven OS. Cove does not offer a separate web sign-in.
Every message lives in an approved group channel. Cove has no private adult-to-minor messaging anywhere in the product.
Students can reply while an approved youth leader is present in the channel. Otherwise the channel stays calmly read-only.
A guardian is connected and approves before a student joins a channel, and can read along with their child's conversations.
Events, trips, prayer, announcements, and pickup coordination sit alongside conversation instead of replacing it.
Everyone can see the state of a conversation at a glance — students, leaders, and guardians see the same thing.
Guardians are part of Cove from the beginning. A guardian is connected to every student account and approves before their child joins a channel. Conversations are supervised and permanently archived, and Cove says so plainly inside the app.
An “I need help” action is always available, and concerns route to the people responsible for them in Haven OS.
Haven OS is the system of record for organizations, people, roles, guardians, channels, and safeguarding review. Cove is the youth-facing product on top of it.
